The original Polaris RZR 800 is known for its off-road fun with a narrow profile which is perfect for trail-riding.  This 2 seat side by side is noted to be 50” wide and can be used on various off-road trails.        

Our fender extensions are machine cut from strong, but flexible American made material that is textured on top and smooth on the inside. Our kits come with hardware, instructions (with pictures), and can be installed in about an hour. 
We offer a standard coverage kit (for vehicles with factory wheels and tires) and an extra coverage option for those of you with larger wheels, lifts, and tires. 

These Flares will only fit the Polaris RZR 800 2 seater only! 

Fender Coverage: 

  • Standard front fenders- 2" (bottom) 3.5" (top)
  • Standard rear fenders- 3" (top)
  • Extra coverage front fenders- 3" (bottom) 4.5" (top)
  • Extra coverage rear fenders- 4" (top)

IMPORTANT: This kit only fits the 50" wide RZR's.
